Selecting appropriate methods to transfer knowledge, in a complex environment, affects organization's development, promotion and its competitive advantages. Innovation, a key topic, can speed up in defense organizations by means of knowledge based methods. This is an applied developmental study which, first, reviews recent concepts in knowledge sharing and transfer, then applies the concepts to innovation processes to determine the main purpose of the research, designing knowledge transfer model to improve innovation process of products of defense industrial organizations. This is a case- field study done by using a questionnaire which was validated by confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability measured by Cronbach's Alpha. One sample Ttest was applied to confirm the effect of knowledge transfer on products innovation processes. The results of the study determine the effects of knowledge transfer dimensions, components and indicators on improvement of innovation processes in the products of defense industrial organizations. In this study, the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of employees of a military organization has been explored. For this purpose a number of 94 questionnaires were distributed among the participants. Data collecting tools includes social capital questionnaire with 20 questions (3 Dimensions; structural, social and cognitive) and job satisfaction questionnaire with 28 questions. Data analysis carried out by using central tendency and dispersion measures in descriptive statistics level and inferential statistics was used to examine the hypothesis of correlation test (SPSS software). Inferential statistical results indicated that there is a strong, positive and significant (r=0/208) relationship between the dimensions of social capital and job satisfaction of university employees. This means that in an organization in which the social capital level is high, the job satisfaction of the employees is also in a higher level. Also there is a positive and significant relationship between the communicative and cognitive dimensions of social capital and job satisfaction. The results also indicated that the significant relationship between structural social capital and job satisfaction of employees was not obtained. The results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between job satisfaction variable and the amount of occupation precedence, thus it can be inferred that the employees that are in a higher rank in terms of years of occupation precedence, have higher job satisfaction. Linear regression analysis results indicated that the independent variable (social capital) itself explains around 6% of total variance in the dependant variable. Overall findings were in agreement with the findings of previous researches.
